A little about Reiki

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that works with the body’s natural energy flow. When energy moves freely, we feel balanced and well; when it’s blocked or depleted, it can show up as stress, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm. Reiki helps to restore flow, bringing a deep sense of calm and grounding.

During a Reiki session, you stay fully clothed while I lightly place my hands on or just above the body. The experience is soothing, non-invasive and deeply relaxing. Many clients describe it as a “reset” leaving them calmer, lighter, more centred and energised.

I offer Reiki in Carlisle and Cumbria face to face, but energy healing can be offered over distances for those who are unable to attend appointments in this manner. Whatever your needs be it local or remote, I can personalise a unique treatment specifically for you.

Anyone can learn Reiki – it’s simple, accessible and something you can use for life, both for your own self-care and to support others.

 

What is Intuitive Energy Healing?

Intuitive Energy Healing is a holistic approach that works with the body, mind and soul to restore flow and balance. A session may include light touch on energy points (inspired by Access Bars® and EFT), sound frequencies with tuning forks, crystals, guided meditation, or visualisation – always intuitively guided by what I feel you need in the moment. Nothing is forced, the pace is safe, relaxing and gentle and will soothe the nervous system. 

Many clients describe the experience as a “reset”,  like closing down all the open tabs in your mind. You leave feeling calmer, clearer, lighter and more grounded. I believe grounding is especially important for ADHD minds, where energy can race in the head. By drawing it back into the body, balance, peace and ease can be found

Healing Conversations / ADHD Support

Healing Conversations:

Talking can be one of the most powerful forms of healing. In our conversations, you’ll have a safe, non-judgemental space to offload, process and untangle what feels heavy. This might bring light-bulb moments, help with decision-making or simply bring the relief of sharing – a problem shared really is a problem halved. Sometimes there are tears, sometimes laughter, but always acceptance, clarity and space to feel seen and heard. Many women carry a blocked throat chakra and simply speaking their truth can ease trauma and guilt, release emotions which have sometimes been stuck since childhood and restore vital energy flow.

ADHD Support

Alongside talking therapy, I offer grounded ADHD guidance and accountability. Together we can explore patterns that lead to overwhelm or frustration, and process a lifetime of struggling to fit into a world not built for your brain. I know what that feels like – I was 48 before I discovered how mine really worked. This lived experience allows me to support women in identifying triggers, building confidence, strengthening self-understanding, and learning to self-advocate in daily life. The focus is on creating more ease and joy – supporting you to navigate life with clarity, make decisions with confidence, and feel empowered in both who you are and how you live.
